AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE
HUNDRED DOLLARS (300.00) TO PAY THE EXPENSES
OF OFFICER EUGENE SMITH WHILE ATTENDING A
TRAFFIC INSTITUTE TO BE HELD AT NORTHWESTERN
UNIVERSITY, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
= � Bg IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars
(300.00) be and it is hereby appropriated to pay the
expenses of Officer Eugene Smith while attending a Traffic
Institute to be held at Northwestern University, Chicago,
Illinois.
SECTION 2. That the Mayon and the City Clerk

of the City of Little Rock are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of Three

red Dollars ($300.00) for the payment of said expenses
in this matter.
SECTION 3• All ordinances or-parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
