AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FIVE (5), SIX (6), AND SEVEN (7), BLOCK
THREE (3), ADAMS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AE11DED; A20 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS3
SECTION 1. That Lot five (5), Block three (3), Adams Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1859 Rice Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "F" Commercial District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District under
the terms of said 'Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made apart therof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot five (5), Block three (3),
Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section l hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That Lots six (6) and seven (7), Block three (3), Adams
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1861 and 1863 Rice
Street, heretofore-classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied and the same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial Dis-
trict under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 4. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots six (6) and seven (7),
Block three (3), Adams Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as. outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
