ORDINANCE NO. 9003
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ALL OF LOT THREE (3) AND THE NORTH HALF OF
LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK TWO (2), C. S. STIFFT'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, A�,NDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS ANL MDED; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That all of Lot three (3) and the north half of Lot
four (4), Block two (2), C. S. Stifft's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, being 112 Booker Street, heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the sane is hereby declared to
be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot three (3), and the north
half of Lod four (4), Block two (2), C. S. St.':.fft's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
