AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7265 AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE N0. 8553, ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF
THREE DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEYS AT TWO HUNDRED AND TEN
DOLLARS ($210.00) PER MONTH AND ONE LEGAL SECRETARY
AT ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY -FIVE DOLLARS ($1$5.00) PER
MONTH, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the salary of three Deputy City
Attorneys is hereby established at the sum of Two Hundred and
Ten Dollars ($210.00) per month each. That the salary of one
Legal Secretary for the City Attorney's office is hereby estab-
lished at One Hundred and Eighty -Five Dollars($185.00) per month.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 7265 as amended
by Ordinance No. 8553 is hereby amended to conform to the pro-
visions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately and be retroactive to September 1, 1952•
SECTION 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
