AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 5906
AS AMENDED BY SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 6325, PROVID-
ING THAT THE SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
SHALL SERVE AS SECRETARY OF TEE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY AND ANTIQUITIES WITHOUT
POWER OF VOTE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 5906 as
amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 6325 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"The number of members on the Board of Trustees of the
Arkansas Museum of Natural History and Antiquities is hereby
increased from five (5) to seven (7). That the Superintendent
of Parks and Recreation shall serve as secretary to the Board
of Trustees of the Arkansas Museum of Natural History and
Antiquities, without power of vote."
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
