AN ORDINANCE CLOSING THE CROSSING AT THE INTER-
SECTION OF SCOTT AND BRIDGE STREETSAN D PROVIDING
FOR A CROSSING AT THE INTERSECTION OF BRIDGE AND
CUMBERLAND STREETS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad crossing
at the intersection of Scott and Bridge Streets in the City of
Little Rock is hereby declared to be closed.
SECTION 2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad crossing
at the intersection of Cumberland and Bridge Streets in the City
of Little Rock is hereby declared to be open and in full effect.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
