OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE A CAR FOR THE MILK.MD DAIRY DIVISION OF
THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT A: TOTAL COST NOT TO
EXCEED THE SUM OF NINE HUIIDRED . AND SEVENTY -FIVE
DOLLARS ($975.00) PLUS THE_ -IN OF A 1948

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for
and purchase a car for use in the Milk and Dairy Division of
the Health Department of the City of Little Rock, at a sum
not to exceed Nine Hundred and Seventy -Five Dollars ($975.00)',-'
plus the trade -in allowance of a 1948 Chevrolet.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be 'in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
