HomeMy WebLinkAbout9033i_ ORDINANCE N0. 9033 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH 1 OF SECTION 203 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7888 AS AMENDED BY PARAGRAPH 2 OF SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7899, ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR PERMITS TO REPAIR EXISTING CONSTRUCTION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. I* need of additional revenue for the purpose of making salary adjustments in order to retain its present employees who have `peon tined in their present work, and unless such employees are retained, the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of the City of Little Rock will be adversely affected; therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
