AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $588.81 FRONT THE PARK
CONSTRUCTION FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
.t BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of X588.81 be, and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the followin fund of the City of
Little Rock, for the payment of the following; bill:
PARK COKSTRUCTIOIT FUND:
Arkansas Bitumuls Company $588.81
and the :Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City1s warrant to the parties naraed, in the amount mentioned,
said warrant being drawn against the Fund noted.

SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its nassace.
