AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM OF MONEY NOT TO
EXCEED TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) TO DEFRAY
THE EXPENSES OF CAPTAIN L. V. WITHERSPOON OF THE
TRAFFIC BUREAU AT THE NATIONAL SAFETY CONGRESS
IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, AND.FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CQ. _ CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

SECTION 1. That a sum of money not to 6xcAed Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00) is hereby appropriated to defray
the expenses of Captain L. V. Witherspoon while at�iading
the National Safety Congress in Chicago, Illinois, from
October 18 to October 24, 1952.
SECTION 2. That the proper city officials are
hereby instructed to pay said Captain Witherspoon such sums
of money up to Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) as are necessary
to defray his expenses in attending said National Safety
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
