AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE A 2 -DOOR PASSENGER AUTOMOBILE FOR USE BY
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase one 2 -door passenger automobile for use as a squad-
car by the Police Department of the City of Little Roek,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of such passenger automobile,
with the trade -in allowance of one 1952 2 -door Ford sedan
automobile, M6tor No. A- 2MP121032, shall not exceed the sum
of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
