AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE MO (2)
TRAFFIC LIGHTS AND TWO (2) SEIAI ACTUATED TRAFFIC LIGHT
CONTROLLERS, FOR USE OF THE ELECTRIC DEPARTIMT IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
di-red ted to advertise, take bids for and purchase two (2) traffic lights
and two (2) Semi - actuated traffic light controllers, for use by the
Electric Department of the City of Little Rock. Said traffic lights
to be installed at the intersections of Seventh and High Streets and
Eighth and High Streets,
SECTION 2. The cost of such traffic lights and semi - actuated traffic
light controllers shall not exceed two thousand seven hundred and fifty
dollars ($2,750.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
