AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS ON THE
EAST HALF (*) OF LOTS ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12), BLOCK TWO HUNDRED
SEVENTY -FIVE (275), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the east half (E2) of Lots eleven (11) and twelve
(12). Block two hundred seventy -five (275), Original City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, being 801 West Fourth Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
and a waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the east half (EJ) of Lots eleven (11)
andtvalve -(12), Block two hundred seventy. -five (275), Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in "F" Commercial District
and with yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
