AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PART OF LOT TWO (2) AND ALL OF LOTS THREE
(3) AND "A ", BLOCK SIXTEEN (16), CR&WFORDS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51`20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That part of Lot two (2) and all of Lots three (3) and
"A". Block sixteen (16), Crawfords Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, more particularly described as beginning ".8 feet east of the
northwest corner of lot two (2), thence east along the south line of
West Twenty —Fifth Street 73 feet more or less to the northeast corner
of Lot "A ", thence south 142.5 feet to the southeast corner of said lot
"A ", thence west 73 feet more or less to a point due south of the point
of beginning, thence north 11,2.5 feet to the point of beginning, being
1301 Roosevelt Road, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two — Family
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51+20, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification.and rezoning of the said part of Lot two (2) and all
of Lots three (3) and "A". Block sixteen (16), Crawfords Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F"
Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
