SECTION 1. That the rate of taxation on real and. personal
property in the City of Little Rock for certain City purposes for the
year 1952, be and the same is hereby fixed and established and levied
as follows:
For General purposes in order to c.rry on the
affairs of the City Goverr_rrent under Section

For the purpose of paying fionds and Interest
of the City of Little Rock as may be required
in the Airport, Fire Equipment and. Hospital
Annex Bond Issue of November lst, 1929, a tax
of Two and Eighty One Hundredths ( 2.80) mills.
For the purpose of paying Bonds and Interest
of the City of Little Rock as may be required
in the Fair Park improvement Bond Issue of
October lst, 1PLkO, a tax of Twenty Hundredths
(.20) of a mill.
For the purpose of paying Bonds and Interest of
the City of Little Rock as -.a T- be required in
the Park Improvement Pond Issue of March 1, 19�_95
a tax of Thirty undredths (. ')0) of a ,gill.

SECTION 2. The City C1 er'_� is hereby di cted to transmit
a certified copy of this ordinance to t ?_e County Clerk of Pulaski
County to t---e end t"-'-.at the taxes herein recited r.:, be extended on
the ta.xbooks of Pulaski County and collected with the other taxes
for the year 1952.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are ilereby repealed.
