AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUER OF $930.00 TO PAY THE CITY'S
SHARE OF THE COSTS OF HOLDING THE GENERAL ELECTION NOVEMBER
1952; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Nine Hundred and Thirty (930.00)
Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock to cover the City's share of the
costs of holding the General Election on November 4, 1952.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrant or warrants to the proper
parties in payment of said election costs.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
