AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED
AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES
OF.THE FIRE CHIEF AND THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SAFETY
COMMITTEE ON A TRIP TO MONROE AND BATON ROUGE,
LOUISIANA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXAMINING -FIRE ALARM
SYSTEMS LOCATED THEREIN, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($150.00) is hereby appropriated to defray the expenses of the
Fire Chief and the Chairman of the Safety Committee incurred by
them on a trip to Monroe and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for the
purpose of inspecting fire alarm systems located therein.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the. City Clerk are
instructed to issue the City's warrant for any and all
expenses incurred by the Fire Chief and the Chairman of the
Safety.Committee in a sum not to exceed $150.00 for the
combined expenses of both of them. Both parties will present
an itemized statement of their expenses to the City Clerk and
shall be paid according thereto sums of money not to exceed
One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
