AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($300.00) TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES OF THE..
BUILDING.INSPECTOR AND THE PERMIT CLERK IN THE
ENGINEER'S OFFICE TO ATTEND THE SOUTHERN BUILDING
CODE CONFERENCE AT GREENVILLE, "SOUTH CAROLINAS FROM
NOVEMBER 16 TO NOVEMBER 19s.1952, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of Three Hundred Dollars (300.00)
is hereby appropriated to defray the expenses of the Building
Inspector and the Permit Clerk in the Engineerts Office in
attending the Southern Building Code Conference from November
16 through November 19, 1952, which will be held at Greenville,
South Carolina.
SECTION 2. The appropriate city officials are hereby
instructed to issue the Cityts warrants in a total sum not in
excess of Three Hundred Dollars ( 4300.00) to defray the actual
expenses incurred by the Building Inspector and Permit Clerk in
attending the Southern Building Code Conference at Greenville,
South Carolina, on November 16 through November 199 1952, and
to pay over to such persons any sums of money for which they
may turn in expense accounts showing expenditures of such
money for attendance at this conference.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
