AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PART OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE
12 WEST, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED& AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That part of Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 12
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and more particularly described as:
starting at the SE corner of the NWT of the h* Section 24, T 1 N,
R 12 W, thence N 0 degrees 08 minutes E for a distance of 184 feet
to the point of beginning, thence N 0 degrees 08 minutes E for a dis-
tance of 250 feet to a point, thence N 79 degrees 02 minutes W for a
distance of 486 feet along the south R/W line of Highway No. 65, thence
in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 177.2 feet around a 17
degree 30 minutes curve to the right to a point, thence in a south-
easterly direction for a distance of 234 feet around a 6 degree curve
to the left along the east R/W line of the Gillam Park Road, thence S
30 degrees 30 minutes E for a distance of-161.9 feet along said R/W
line, thence in a southeasterly direction along the said R/W line around
a 10 degree curve to the right for a distance of 70.8 feet to a point,
thence east for a distance of 437.7 feet to a point which is the point
of beginning,, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being the southeast
corner of the intersection of Highway No. 65 and Gillam Park Road, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as "A" One- Family District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of that property outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
