AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIxTING TI-EE, SUM OP' TWO HUNDRED AND
SIXTY DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($260.50) TO PAY KENNETH
W. COULTER, REPORTER FOR PREPARING TRANSCRIPT IN THE
GOODMAN AND BARG CASE, AND FOR OTHER PURF OSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANS.LS :
SECTIjN 1. That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of Two Hundred and Sixty Dollars and Fifty Cents (260.50)
to nay Kenneth W. Coulter, Reporter, for preparing the transcript
in the Goodman and Barg case against the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized and directed to issue the Cityts way -rant in the sum
of Two Hundred and Sixty Dollars and Fifty Cents ($260.50) to
pay Kenneth W. Coulter for his work on the Goodman and Barg
transcript.
SECTIuN 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and tr_is ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
