HomeMy WebLinkAbout9063V � x ORDINANCE NO. 9063 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $338.11 TO PAY THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE COSTS ON ADVERTISING OF THE THREE -MILL ROAD TAX VOTED ON IN THE GENERAL ELECTION NOVEMBER 4, 1952; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Hundred and Thirty- eight Dollars and Eleven Cents ($338,11) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the City of Little Rock to cover the City's share of the costs of advertising of the Three -Mill Road Tax voted on in the General Election on November 4, 1952. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant or warrants to the proper parties in payment of said advertising expenses. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. PASSED: November 24, 1952 ATTEST: APPRO City Clerk. Mayor.
