AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQ.UESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO DRAW UP AND ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT OR CONTRACTS _WITH AN ARCHITECT . OR ARCHI-
TECTS TO DESIGN THREE (3) FIRE STATIONS, ONE (1)
DRILL TOPER AND ONE (1) FIRE DEPARMIMT REPAIR
SHOP, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITE' COUNCIL OF T'E CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to enter into a contract with an architect
or architects for the design of three (3) fire stations, one (1)
drill tower and one (1) fire department repair shop.
SECTION 2. That the contract or contracts which the
Board of Public Affairs shall enter into with said architect or
architects shall be submitted , to #;h_0,. nemh of the City Council
for their ratification and approval.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and ttis ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
