ORDINANCE NO. 9068
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO EMPLOY AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
TO WRITE SPECIFICATIONS AND PLAN A LAY -OUT FOR THE
FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT`VU ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to employ an electrical
engineer for the purpose of writing the specifications for
and planning the lay -out of the fire alarm system for the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the contract of employment of
said electrical engineer shall be submitted to the City
Council for its approval and ratification.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
