ORDINANCE NO. 9069
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE ONE (1) FOUR -DOOR SEDAN, TWO (2) FIVE -
PASSENGER COUPES AND ONE (1) HALF -TON TRUCK FOR
USE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase one (1) four -door Sedan, two (2) five - passenger
Coupes and one (1) half -ton Truck for use in the Fire Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
