AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE, TABS BIDS AND CONTRACT FOR THE PRINT.,
ING OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED BY THE CITY AS AUTHORIZgp.
IN THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 4, 1952; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby autho-
rtxed to advertise, take bids and award a contract for the pr1nt-

030 90,000.00 Fire Apparatus and Fire Station
Bonds, and
$975,000.00 General Obligation Rights -of -way
Street Improvement Bonds.
said printing to be on specifications as may be required by the
City Clerk.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in fall force and
effect from and after its passage.
