AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006
OF THE CITY OF'LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BY CREATING ONE
POSITION OF DRAFTSMAN IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 13 of Ordinance No. 9006
is hereby amended to create the position of Draftsman in the
Planning Commission by adding thereto the words 31 under range,
1 under Number of Employees, the word Draftsman under the
description and the figure 240.00 under the minimum salary
and 260.00 under the maximum salary.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions
of this ordinance are put into effect immediately, the peace,
health, and safety of the citizens of the City of Little Rock
will be adversely affected; therefore an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect as of January 16, 1953•
