AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 9090 OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE_ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND.AMENDING SECTION_13 OF ORDINANCE
NO..9006 BY RECREATING THE POSITION OF CLERK-STENOGRAPHER

IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION,STABLISHING THE SALARY THERE-
FOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 9090 of the City of Little
Rock is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That the position of Clerk- Stenographer is here-
by recreated in the Planning Commission by amending Section 13 of
Ordinance No. 9006 to read under Range the number 19, the numeral 1
under Number of Employees, the position Clerk- Stenographer under
Title and Classification, the number 180.00 under minimum salary
and the number 200.00 under maximum salary.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect after its passage and approval.
