AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE A TYPEWRITER FOR USE BY THE ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF ONE
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS (150.00), AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase a typewriter for use by the Engineering Department
of the City of Little Rock at a cost not to exceed the sum
of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
V and approval.
