AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS _- TO,,ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AID
PURCHASE TWO (2) CARS FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPART -
MENT AT A TOTAL COST NOT `TO EXCEED THE SW4 - -OF
FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ( $1500.00) TOGETHER WITH
TRADE -INS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT'T'LE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for
and purchase two (2) cars for use by the Police Department
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. That the purchase price
of said cars shall not exceed the sum of Fifteen Hundred
Dollars ($1500.00) together with trade -ins thereon.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
int'iict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance-
shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
