AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TEN (10), BLOCK FIVE (5), DEAF MUTE
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5/,20 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SSC?SOII 1, That Lot ten (10), Black five (5), Deaf Mute Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1601 West Third Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51+20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot ten (10). Block five (5),
Deaf Mute Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall tske effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
