AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH 203 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 7888, PRESCRIBING PERMIT FEES FOR NEW
CONSTRUCTION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

SECTION 1. That the schedule of permit fees under
Paragraph 203 of Ordinance No. 7888 shall be changed to read as
follows:
"SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES
NEW CONSTRUCTION
Occupancies A through H - 1'& per square foot of floor
space, including basements but excluding the roof.
Occupancy I - V per square foot of floor space.
Occupancy J - Same as for repair work on Occupancy I."
` SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and apW oval.
