AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ATTORNEY . TO BRING CONDEMTION . PROCEEDINGS AGAINST
THE OWNED OF_ THE SOUTH HALF . OF LOTS 10, 11 AND-129
BLOCS 9, REC TORTOWN ADDITION TO . THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, FOR THE-USE OF SAID PROPERTY -.FOR
THE PURPOSE OF ERECTING A F INS S TLTION THEREON, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That the City Attorney is hereby
authorised and directed to bring condemnation proceedings
against the South half of Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 9,
RECTORTOWN ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
for the purpose of acquiring said property in order to
erect a fire station thereon.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
