AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUE6TING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE THREE THOUSA10 (32000) PEDESTRIAN CROSS-
WALK MARKERS FOR USE BY THE POLICE TRAFFIC DEPART-
MENT, AT A PRICE NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF' THREE
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($350.00), AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested' to advertise, take bids for and
purchase three thousand (3,000) pedestrian cross -walk
markers for use by the Little Rock Police Traffic Department,
at a price not to exceed.-the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty
Dollars 3350.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
