AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE ONE ZONING PAINT STRIPING MACHINE FOR USE
BY THE POLICE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT, AT A PRICE NOT
TO EXCEED THE SUM OF SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY
DOLLARS ($750.00), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase one zoning paint striping machine for use by the
Traffic Division of the,. Little Rock P, lice Department, at a
price not to exceed the,-AM of Seven Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($750.00). 'J
SECTION 2. ..A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
