AMNSAS : SECTION 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to bring condemnation proceedings against the east ?5 feet of the west half of Block 5, PLUNKETT'S SUBDIVISION OF FOREST PARK ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, for the purpose of acquiring said property for use by the City of Little Rock to build a fire station thereon. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in fullf©rce and effect from and after its passage and approval.
