STEPHENS AND ERNEST FRIDAY FOR MONEY EXPENDED BY THEM IN ATTENDING THE NATIONAL CITIZENS CONVENTION ON PLANNING FROM MARCH 11 TO 14, 1953, AT NEV ORLEANS, LOUISIANA, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. a►aN� BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated a seta of money not to exceed Ninety Dollars ($90.00) for the purpose of defraying the expenses of J. R. Stephens and Ernest Friday while attending the National Citizens Convention on Planning from March 11 to March 14, 1953, in New Orleans, Louisiana. SECTION 2. That the proper City officials are authorized to pay a sum of money not to exceed Forty -Five Dollars ($45.00) each to J. R. Stephens and Ernest Friday upon their presentation of an itemized expense account showing expenses incurred by then while attending the National Citizens Convention on Planning in New Orleans, Louisiana. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
