ORDINANCE NO. 9147
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,338.18 FROM THE FIRE
DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
1. There is hel ®lig appropriated the sum of
$1,338.18 from the Fire Department Construction Fund, for the
payment of the following bills:
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Arkansas State Revenue Department 22.52
Parkin Printing & Stationery Co. 264.90
International Harvester Co. 1,050.76

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in
the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the fund as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
