ORDINANCE NO. 9157
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPA CE, LOT AREA AND TWO
BUILDINGS ON LOT FOUR (4), MEADOWBROOK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot four (4), Meadowbrook Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3116 Spring Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space, lot area and two buildings on one
lot is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the 'Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot four (4 ), Meadowbrook Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "F" Commercial
District and with yard space, lot area and two buildings on one lot waived
as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
