AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED AND
T?ITRTY -FOUR DOLLARS AND EIGHTEEN CENTS ($134.18) FOR
SETTLEM NT OF AN ACCIDENT CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY BY
MRS. CHARLOTTE MILLER, AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF
SAME, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
MINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Hundred and Thirty-
Four Dollars and Eighteen Cents 3134-18) is hereby appropriated
for settlement of a claim of Mrs. Charlotte Miller for an
accident occurring between her car and a city -owned car on
West 3rd Street.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in
the sum of One Hundred and Thirty -Four Dollars and Eighteen
Cents ($134.18) to Mrs. Charlotte Miller in payment of said
claim.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
