AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT TO REIMBURSE MILS INSPECTORS FOR OVER-
NIGHT FIELD INSPECTIONS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Health Department of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, is hereby authorized and directed to reimburse
milk inspectors for any expenses incurred by them in over -night
trips, for gasoline.. oil, meals and hotel bills and for any other
expenses which are necessary and proper within the discretion of

SECTION 2. That such milk inspectors shall be
reimbursed only for actual expenses incurred by thew in over-
night field inspection trips. That it will be necessary for
them to produce receipts for said expenses in order to be
reimbursed for them.
SECTION 3. All ordin&* es or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and since it is necessary
to the health, welfare and safety of the citizens of Little Rock
that milk being consumed by them ire adequately inspected and since
the milk shed has had to .be extended to fulfilithe needs of the
citizens of Little Rock, an emergency is declared to exist and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its passage and approval.
