AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE THOUSAND POUNDS OF BARE COPPER WIRE, AND
FIFTY STREET LIGHT FIXTURES FCR. 'USE BY THE ELECTRIC
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, AND FOR OTHER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Board of public Affairs is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase one thousand (1,000)
pounds of bare copper wire, and fifty (50) street light fixtures, for
use by the Electric Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The cost of such wire shall not exceed the sum of
$450.00, and the cost of such street light fixtures shall not exceed
the sum of $600.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
