AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE AND
FORTY DOLLARS AND SEVENTEEN CENTS (434 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PAYING THE JORDAN PRINTING COMPANY FOR PRINT-
ING BRIEFS FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the, sum of
Three Hundred and Forty Dollars and Seventeen Cents (4340.17)
for the purpose of paying the Jordan Printing Company for print-
ing briefs in the case of City of Little Rock vs. Goodman and
Barg.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of Three
Hundred and Forty Dollars and Seventeen Cents 0340.17) to the
Jordan Printing Company in payme nt of said bill.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
