AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHT THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY -FOUR DOLLARS AND EIGHTY -FOUR
CENTS ($8,974,84) FOR THE.PURPOSE.OF PAYING ERHART,
EICHENBAUM AND RAUCH FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN
CONNECTION WITH CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEGRO COMMUNITY
CENTER BUILDING, AND FOR.OTHER PURPOSES.
ZDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ASINSAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy -Four Dollars and Eighty-
Four Cents 08,974.84) for the purpose of paying Erhart,
Eichenbaum and Rauch for architectural services in connection
with construction of the Negro Community Center Building pursuant
to contract entered into on June 14, 1951.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed and requested to issue the CityTs warrant in the sum
of Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy. -Four Dollars and
Eighty -,Four Cents (48,974.84) payable to Erhart, Eichenbaum and
Rauch in IM payment for services rendered by them to the City
in connection with the cohstruction of the Negro Community
Center Building.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
