H. DOUGHERTYIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SWT10N 1. That Lots oven (7), eight (8), nine (9) and ten (10), Block three (3), and Lot six (6) except the north 25 feet thereof and all of Lets seven (7), and eight (8). Block two (2), all in Morris©n's Subdivision,of Blocks one (1) and two (2) of A. H. Dougherty's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; also a strip of ground on the south side of east + of Block three (3), Morrison's Subdivision, being 16 feet wide, more or less; also a strip of ground on the south side of Block two (2), Morris6n's Subdivision, being 13 feet wide, more or less, to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3316 - 3322 Spring Street and 3317 - 3321 Spring Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 3420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of that property outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "I* Light Industrial District.
