ORDINANCE N0. 2211
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM OF MONEY TO DEFRAY
THE EXPENSES OF THE FIRE CHIEF WHILE ATTENDING THE
SOUTHWEST FIRE CHIEFS CONFERENCE AT OKLAHOMA CITY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARK&�TSi�.S
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated a sum not
to exceed Seventy -Five Dollars ($75.00) to defray the expenses
of the Fire Chief while attending the Southwest Fire Chiefs
Conference in Oklahoma City on May 11, 12 and 13, 1953.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
directed to issue the city's warrant in a sum not to exceed
Seventy -Five Dollars ($75.00) to defray the expenses incurred
by Chief G. L. Nalley while attending the Southwest Fire
Chiefs Conference.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
