AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS AND TWO
BUILDINGS ON LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK TWENTY (20), C. 0. BRACK'S ADDITIOR
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARRANSASs AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDEDs AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
ll BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Lot seven (7), Block twenty (20), C. 0. Brack's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3323 Fair Park
Boulevard, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard
space requirements and two buildings on one lot is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5120 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot seven (7). Block twenty (20).
C. 0. Brack's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
t.
in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in "F" Commercial District and with yard space requirements
and two buildings on one lot waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
