AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS NINETEEN (19), TWENTY (20), TWENTY -ONE
(21), AND TWENTY-TWO (22), BLOCK TWO (2), REHMEL ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK, AABANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lets nineteen (19), twenty (20), twenty -one (21),
and twenty -two (22), Block two (2), Rommel Addition to the City of Little
Reek, Arkansas, being 4321 Asher Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned
as "F" Commercial and "B" Residential Districts under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots nineteen (19), twenty (20),
twenty-one (21), and twenty -two (22),. Block two (2), Rommel Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "I"
Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
