ORDINANCE NO . 9245
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT ANY AND ALL ORDINANCES
SUBMITTED TO THE COUNCIL FOR PASSAGE SHALL FIRST BE
EXAMINED BY THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER OR NOT SAID ORDINANCES
ARE IN PROPER FORM AND WHETHER ANY CORRECTIONS SHOULD
BE MADE THEREON, AMID FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
RL ,IT._OMIAED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That hereafter all ordinances to be
submitted to the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkamsas,
for passage by them shall first be submitted to and examined by
the office of the City Attorney for the purpose of determining
the correctness of said ordinances as to form and content.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
