STREET AND FAST 17th STREET; AND FOR OTHER, PURPOSES.

of Block l5s Dodge's addition to the City of Little Rocks A sass which
Plat is of record in Plat Book 1, at page 276, of said records; and,
WHEREAS, there was thus dedicated to public use an unnamed street
60 feet in width which run#;1orth and South through said Block 15s Dodge's
Addition, between East 16th Street and East 17t'k Street; anal,
IS XASs said dedication has not been formally accepted by this
City Council although a portion of said street has been used by the publicW
NOR, THEREFORE., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE RSCKs ARKANSAS :'
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock,,Arkansass hereby accepts
and confirms the dedication of the aforesaid unnamed street which runs
North and South through Block 15, Ve gels.Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and between East 16th Street and East 17th Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
