ORDINANCE NO. 9263
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OF MONEY FOR PAYMENTS OF
PRINCIPAL AND SEMI - ANNUAL INTEREST AND PAYING AGENT'S CHARGES
DUE ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOND ISSUES, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the various

funds of the City of Little Rock the sum money as herein recited for
ms
payment of the City's obligations on various bond issues due August 1,
1953 and September 1, 1953 as follows:
4° ADDITION TO CITY LIBRARY BONDS - LIBRARY ANNEX BOND FUND:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the Cityts warrants on the respective funds and for the respective
amounts herein mentioned; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to make
such arrangements as are necessary for the transmittal of these funds to
the proper paging agents to meet the due dates.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
